Beautiful set, with good quality. Bought for everyday use, so far hadn't had any chips or broken pieces.

Customer service is great! They go the extra mile to solve any issues. I really do like the dishes we chose. Unique with a relaxed elegance. Perfect for all occasions which is the way I prefer it. The only reason I gave it four instead of five stars is because utensil marks have shown up on some of the plates. I tried to wash them away but I think they are here to stay. They are gray but subtle. I use normal stainless steel utensils. The dishes probably would have done better with additional glaze.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It would be nice to have some additional pieces for this set. Creamer, butter dish, serving bowls to compliment this design. Thank you.
