Incredible quality, and the price was very reasonable. The most difficult paet of my purchase was narrowing the selection to just one style. The entire experience was a positive one. The shipping crew packed them like a deck of cards and all of my items arrived in perfect shape.
I saw the mixed reviews online and bought a set a month ago. They fit perfectly into my coastal theme and the color is great. They are solid, but not too heavy to hold and they do NOT scratch. I bought a second set this week and added the vegetable bowl and 8 fruit bowls. If I had to sname something that isn't perfect, I would just like the big bowls to fit better in the dishwasher. But it isn't that big of a deal. I love the set.
Bought 2 - 4 piece sets and one dinner plate was broken. Emailed company and they sent me a replacement plate with no issues. Love the quality of them
Love this dishware. The quality is very good and has a definite coastal vibe. The only reason for 4 stars rather than 5 is that the handles on the coffee cups are smaller than I would have liked. It's a tight fit for two fingers.

I love this Pfaltzgraff set. I love the color, the pattern, and that it can be put in the dishwasher and microwave. It gives a beachy/coastal feel to our vacation home. I would give it 5 stars except for the amount of flawed pieces. I bought 64 pieces. There were 11 flawed pieces. Out of 4 boxes, one box had 7 with blemishes, one box had 4 with blemishes, and 2 boxes were perfect. Pfaltgraff replaced most of the flawed pieces. They could avoid that hassle with better quality control.
I really love this item, it is exactly as we saw in the picture! But one dinner plate arrived broken in my order, and it looks like manufacturing damage, not from delivering or packaging. So, I am trying several times to contact the Customer Service for they to help me to get a replacement, but sadly, I never get help from them. The only option that I got from virtual assistant is to return my items and get a refund, but I don't want that since I love my items, so the only thing that I want is a replacement. Thank you 😊 🙏
I ordered the teal and the white sets. They look much prettier in the pictures than in real life. The mugs are a nice size but you can hardly tell that there are shells on the top outside of the cup. Looks cheap, honestly.
Did not like the dishes in person. The white shiny appearance makes them look cheap and like the outside would crack. Unfortunately, I have to keep these dishes as the shipping cost is more than the dishes are worth.
It is a beautiful set but unfortunately one of the cups are damaged and I will appreciate it the company can replace it.
