I am making this pattern my everyday dishes. I don't feel it's too chistmasy that I can't enjoy it year round.
After hosting my family Christmas, I resolved to never serve dessert on paper plates again. I ordered these after the holiday festivities were over and can't wait to use them next Christmas. After scanning many websites, I chose this pattern and am more than pleased.
I was very happy with the speed in delivering of my order. I have had this set for a few years and wanted to add to it.
They are the perfect size for a sandwich and chips or cake and ice cream. I use this pattern all year.
Just bought two sets of the bread and butter plates, and also bought two sets of the salad plates to add to my Winterberry set that I started to buy the past couple years. I have the Filigree collection and these have the same shape and pattern. The color of the plates look to be true to color. These are pretty plates and not overly busy looking. Look forward to using them this December. And the packaging was very well done.
The quality and shiny glaze on all of the Winterberry pieces is so beautiful. The nice feature about Winterberry is that it can be used all season long, not just for the holidays. I am so pleased.
I received 12 salad/sandwich plates and they are beautiful. The red and green colors on these plates seem to be deeper and more vivid than the dinner plates. I did find that customer service was excellent and easy to get a hold of.
I was very impressed with the efficiency of the customer service team, however, the replacement I received was also poorly glazed. I'm just done with Pfalzcraft. Sad that the quality is so poor.
VERY DISAPPOINTED…. The finish (glaze) is uneven and rough not to mention the edges don't look even and look unfinished. These are NOT the same quality as my original pieces :(
The green trim edge on the salad plate is too low. It is placed on the side of the plate or slightly below the edge.I bought four plates to complete my collection. They didn't match my previous plates. I am not satisfied and I don't think I will make any purchase from them in the future.
