[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Move the shaver very slowly and at various angles. No needs to move it fast, you're not waxing a car. I have sensitive neck skin and was easily irritated with other electric shavers. But with the 3600 there is zero irritation. I shave in bed, while watching tv, & even on the toilet last week.

I bought this specific Philips shaver because it had all the features I needed, so I didn't pay for what wasn't necessary. Don't expect electric shavers to cut as close razors, but it does the job.

The device is fully washable for easy use with; the blades being made from special steel that resist corrosion, prevent impurities, and protect the sensitive skin. The set includes the following: Shaver 3900 Series, cap, travel pouch, charging stand, and a USB-A charging cable; but where is the power adapter? why it is not included? What is the issue? This is so frustrating Where is a small cleaning brush that most shavers come with for a proper brushing away the hair from the inside.

I didn't give it five stars because the charging cord only comes with a USB port for charging so to charge my shaver I had to buy a 110v wall plug adapter.
