[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These replacement blades were easy to install because the directions were very clear and easy to understand.
Overall, I was very pleased with this order, from the way it was handled from the provider, to the the time I received it as well as the additional item they sent with it. I wasn't expecting that at all, and they did their due dilligence and checked to ensure that I received the additional heads. I was pleased with this seller after a bit of a rocky start and almost cancelling the order. This should hold me over for the next few years, honestly. However, the quality of the heads is not as solid as the original, but they do their jobs well and will use them for as long as they last.
This is a great product for the price of the item. I like the fact that you only have to replace the shaver heads once per year. That is great. I have found that if I clean them daily it takes much less time and effort. I think it also makes the unit run easier. A small amount of time is all that is needed. If you wait longer it will take more effort.

I have been shaving with Norelco (Now Phillips Norelco) electric shavers for approximately 60 years, and I am extremely satisfied. The new shaver heads worked perfectly. I'm getting a wonderful shave with no discomfort. I highly recommend Phillips Norelco electric shavers!
The instant I placed the heads to my face I could feel it was going to be a better shave. My old blades preferred pulling the hairs out instead of trimming them off. The shave is clean and close and with no irritation. I would recommend this product to everyone.

The blades don't seem very sharp, they pull at my whiskers. My old blades don't do that. Very annoying.
When I ordered replacement heads for my Norelco shaver, I received 2 replacement toothbrushes for an Oral B electric toothbrush instead. Was checking my account history %26 I found that, while you do have a record of me ordering my shaver heads (which I still haven't received), there's no indication that those shaver heads (which I've already paid for, I think) may still be on the way to my doorstep. Without knowing any of this, I don't know whether to re-order that shaver head, or to just wait a little longer in hopes that they'll eventually arrive because you were temporarily out of stock with that item. Just wondering if there's someone on your end who can help me make some sense of this.
SCAM! You will not receive original Philips Norelco Shaving Heads as advertised or pictured. This seller will send you a cheap knockoff blade instead. 100% unacceptable!
