My teeth have never been whiter. This restoration apparatus will keep your smile healthy.
Have used a Sonicare toothbrush for at least 20 yrs and never had issues until recently, these brushes loose bristles and I have nearly choked on them. It takes only about 2 weeks of using them before the bristles start falling out. The blue bristles that tell you it is time to change brushes are still bright blue. If you keep using the brush after the first one falls out, they just keep coming out. Hope Phillips can find the problem in manufacturing process and get this fixed quickly or I have to find a new brand.
My Philips Sonicare (model HX685J x 220311 3B - I think - these numbers appear on the bottom of the toothbrush) is exactly 18 mos. old. I have ALWAYS ordered this size of authentic Philips replacement brush heads. Rec'd a new 4-pack %26 the first head I tried didn't fit on my toothbrush! What the? Tried a second one. Also did not fit. Looked carefully at the "hole" in the bottom of the new brush head %26 the one in my old brush head - they are not even the same shape! Unbelievable! I went out %26 "studied" the same brush heads in person at CVS %26 Weis - they are all the "new" shape. Looked on Philips website, which states these "new, universal" click-on brush heads fit hundreds of Sonicare toothbrush styles, which are listed. Mine is not on the list! I bought my toothbrush on HSN, not like it's some exotic style. I'd like to know what I'm supposed to use on my nearly new toothbrush now?! Thanks, Philips, for totally, uh, screwing a loyal consumer of 15 yrs. Really. Bad. Form. Literally %26 figuratively! I'll be buying a new toothbrush, %26 it will NOT be a Philips!
Arrived open, dirty packaging. Looks as if it's had water damage and been sitting. Doesn't look authentic. Lots of hassles to return
This seller me a version that Philips sonicare doesn't even make (check their website out). They sent me a W2 version which I have never seen before.
Seller sends incorrect product. This product page should be for HX6064/65 W2 Optimal White toothbrush heads. The price on this product page matches this product. Prices for HX6064/95 are closer to $40 for a four pack.
This arrived in different packaging (all white, and didn't say “diamond clean” on it) rather than the blue and green packaging they're usually in. I didn't think much of it, took my old head off and threw it away, tried to put the new one on, and wouldn't ya know it—-they don't fit. It wouldn't be the first time I bought something inauthentic from Walmart.com, so I'm wondering if that's what's happened again. Buyer beware. It says they fit “all Sonicare snap on handles,” so I'm sure I didn't mistakenly purchase the wrong kind.
This product is not what is listed in the description. I was sent a W2 brush head, not the diamond clean as described.
They sent the wrong item and it's fake. DO NOT BUY
This does not seem legit. It doesn't fit my toothbrush (Sonicare DiamondClean Connected) bought from costco. The heads don't have the BrushSync logo like the original ones. The packaging says BrushSync but no logo on the actual head. It's also significantly smaller and the coloring is weird on the brush. Not an expert but these seem like fakes/replica. Walmart should audit.
