It has 3 different natural blends of probiotics with a total of 8 billion CFU's. My body feels so much better an can tell a difference after taking it for a few days! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Although it's hard to tell if a probiotic is working or a vitamin in general I can definitely tell the Phillips pro regularity daily probiotic is working with positive results.Basically if I start to pass some gas a hour or so after I've taken a probiotic I know it's a good one and filled with live bacteria that made it into my colon and yes that's what happen with the Phillips and within about a week of continuous use I noticed that I was using the bathroom more than usual I usually have 1 BM a day but I was noticing I was having 2 sometimes or a full evacuation in the morning lol...right on!!!! Having regular BM's is pretty exciting for this dude it was easy to take in fact it was a smaller pill compared to other probiotics I was taking so it is easy to swallow so I'm going to give the Phillips pro regularity daily probiotic a big thumbs up,give it a try!

The discomfort has gone, trips to the bathroom are not so stressful and painful anymore and I don't feel bloated as much as I used to. Overall I think natural probiotics are good as they support gut heath and have good bacteria which is amazing. Personally, what I really appreciated is that there are no artificial flavors and sweeteners which is so important to me as I love everything natural.

I have several medical issues one being having only one Kidney so I have to be careful what I take. After checking with my doctor I started taking this product and have been amazed at the results. After taking it for a few days , I started to notice that my bowel movements were coming more frequently and with less straining.I like the taste which makes them easy to take. I have trusted the Phillips brand for years and their products have always been good.

I'll say I didn't notice much of a change at first, it took a few days for things to get moving. Once I started to feel relief, I got back to my "normal" fairly quickly. I don't have chronic issues, so I can't comment on this products LONG term viability, but it definitely seemed to help for the short period of time i needed and I didn't notice any ill side effects. I would recommend this product.
