The plane might make you gag. If you're not used to it. This is more effective than miralax and fiber NO CRAMPING. Used after 3 c sections to get things going I use during certain points in my cycle as a woman when I see I'm more bloated or I noticed that I've been indulging a little in may be fast food cravings or whatever may have you as a life happens things happen and you can't always stick to your routine if you ever need help in your downstairs department I would get Phillips because that's the way to go trust me I don't like going to the bathroom like that. I think it's disgusting so this helps you to just get it over with with no straining or drama.
Milk of Mag works very well as a laxative but is not harsh or thick. It even tastes good! I have had very good luck with this product! Highly recommend!

One dosage does the trick! It helps you to go to the restroom, but without upset stomach or giving you diarrhea. Yes, I would recommend this name brand!
Whenever constipation happens, I am assured that if I take this before bed, I will have diarrhea about 3X in the early afternoon the next day, then I will feel better. If you tend to get really bloated and stopped up on occasion, this is what you need. It works!!

I'm a bariatric sleep patient and need a laxative that works I use the full cap full and found out later that was way too much this stuff really works and it doesn't taste too bad either I can remember my grandparents talking about this stuff when they needed a laxative so I thought I would stick with the brand it's been around before I was magnesium it helps with your body selenium and all those other laxatives actually causes inflammation in your digestive system the best two that I found so far is MiraLAX and milk of magnesia is by far the best for this condition.
Using a laxative for whatever reason is a delicate subject not easily discussed. Suffice it to say I have a medical condition which responds to the use of this product. It is effective, fast acting and tastes good. I would wholly recommend this product to someone who is experiencing symptoms for which this product was designed to address. I've used this product nightly for many years with no ill effects.

Nobody wants to talk about constipation, but we all have to deal with it sometime! This product has been “old reliable” in our house for a long time and works well for my child, me, and my husband. Follow the dosing instructions and you will be right as rain in about 6 hours! Happy pooping!!!
