I've heard of this brand, and so glad I was able to find it at Sam's Club. Can't imagine all of the germs my phone collects, but good to know I can do something about it!
I bought this product because of the wireless charging feature. I have a Samsung Galaxy 20S with the OtterBox Defender case and my fiancé has a iPhone 12 Pro with a Incipio Grip Case. Both phones are wireless charge compatible and work with two different wireless charging devices we own. However, neither phone charged in the PhoneSoap. I thought it was defective and returned it and was sent a refurbished device. That didn't work either. They sent me another new device and that one didn't work either. Upon speaking with customer service, I was told that they have had issues with phones that have cases being able to charge wirelessly. If you have a phone with a case don't count on the wireless charging feature.
Bought this and immediately did NOT like the power cord adapter it is a Plug end on rectangular sticking out and Does NOT like to fit behind nightstands. My nightstand has a Lamp LL Phone and Clock Radio on it. This item seems Not anting to share the only plug in the wall . Then they tell you AFTER you buy it that if you are not satisfied with the charging rate to please leave the cover open when you charge So that the sterilization doesn't take place.. HEy , I bought this unit and paid the extra $$$ because I was led to believe it could do bothe seamlessly.. Well, it CANT. In addition there is only 1 way the power cord goes int to back of it so you must have an extra 2 inches on the Backside of the unit of your table or nightstand to make this work. At this point I am ready to return and get the basic Phonesoap Save my $ and run my power cord through the bottom slit , This seems to be able to do only 1 thing well Sanitize.. No wonder I have seen it elsewhere for less ,Word must have gotten out.
