I have been taking probiotics for years! I decided to try this one because the cost was a lot less than the one I was using. I love these! I take them every day and it keeps my gut functioning normally.
I have been watching several reviews of greens on social media and opted to try this product. It took about a week, but my bloating is gone and my BM's are regular. I highly recommended taking this one pill a day rather than sucking down those nasty greens.
Planted Bulbs as Instructed. They Germinated lat April %26 Early May with the nice sunshine and warmer temps 🌞 they are happy with the fresh soild and boiled water that has cooled for watering.
My doctor told me to go to Trader Joe's and get the Probiotic's in a glass bottle, that have to be refrigerated, which i have used before, for 3 month's. They worked okay, I don't have the time anymore so I shopped online, which I find Wal-Mart app very convenient, and these were in a plastic container without refrigeration, so my expectations were so-so. They ended up working fantastic and better than the Trader Joe's Probiotic's. I used these after having to take 3 rounds of antibiotics within a 2 week period and the gut health issues never developed. I am a person who has spent over 10 years with major disguestive issues, and onlu found out about the side effects of antibiotics in the last 2 years, so I was very concerned and relieved that was able to avoid that.
This probiotic is what the doctor ordered. I was buying another probiotic but it had a weird smell to them, and it upset my stomach. I like the Physicians choice women's Probiotic much better . It is gentle on my stomach and no smell.
I've just finished the bottle, and will update my review if I notice any difference after stopping. I was hoping to get some relief from bloating and mild digestive issues. Gave 4 stars because there were no bad side-effects. I would choose this brand again if I was on antibiotics and/or could be sure it was doing any good.
i haven't taken enough to have noticed any difference about anything yet my doctor recommended that i take them because of my age and having a lot of infection. so i dhould have results by next appointment time. okay just wait for results. i might do another urinalysis then.
I love this product but when I went to open a new one the container was completely empty. Shake the product before you buy to make sure there are pills in the bottle!!!
these are bad news every time I take one I get cramps then a few hours later dirriera I tried taken with food and with out the same thing happens and the cramps are really painful not sure what it is but something in it doesn't agree with my stomach and I did read that some other women had the same problem with it
Caused severe acid reflux and gastritis symptoms. I suffer with acid reflux when NOT on my meds. But this caused issues even on my regular meds. Now that I've read other reviewers having the same issues I'm going to stop taking them and hopefully get a refund. They were $$$.
