This is a nice DVD for Pilates Beginners like me. Easy to follow instructions with modifications for beginning, intermediate, and advanced learners. It comes with a free 30 minute DVD for lower body that really works! It is a bit slow, but I add in a few extra reps in the spots I can. I had it for several months before commiting myself to it, but have lost a pound a week since I commited myself to using one of the two workouts every day. Good Luck!
Not what I thought.
This video will not give you a good workout if you are trying to work up a sweat. If you are looking for something to help you stretch then this would be perfect. I didn't even break a sweat with this and I'm not even in that great of shape. This would be good for people who need an easy workout. Not strenuous and not exhaustive.
