This Dvd has some great pilates combination workouts that work your whole body, arms,legs, stomach,gluts. It has workouts with and without weights, and workout balls. I love that you can choose workouts under 15 minutes and workouts over 15 minutes for when you have more time. Its a very fun workout to do and you can really feel the pilates effects and see a difference shortly. I Highly reccomend, you don't get bored because of the number of workouts you can choose from and they are a great combination of pilates steps put together. I am really glad I ordered!
I like that this video has a variety of workouts so you don't get bored. Also, if you are in a rush it has multiple workouts for under 15 minutes.
