I need to make many cookies for mothers day for little gifts at church, this size with this price was great among the other ingredients for shortbread cookies! God Bless You All!
I am getting spoiled!!! I order everything I need from Walmart and love each item; however, FedEX has been delivering items and instead of placing boxes over the wall as UPS does, FedEx just throws the boxes over our gate and luckily Walmart has packed well so the flour, oil, etc. has not broken. I wish you could use UPS instead of FedEX.
Product was received in good order. I was skeptical of this, since other reviewers complained that it was received where the flour was spilling all over inside, but not this time, so kudos to Walmart on this one. It was so much easier to buy online and pick up in store, since the shelves are always empty these days, and avoided the in store madness of a Walmart store. Pickup was easy as well, less than 5 minutes. I have always used Pillsbury flour as it works much better than Gold Medal and other brands, at least for my purposes.
Bought this to make homemade bread and not only is it a great price but this brand has been a staple in my kitchen since I moved out of my folks. Walmart's free delivery and low price makes it a great deal.
I ordered this flour when Great Value's 25-lb bags All Purpose Flour went out of stock. This flour is good for most purposes I use it for (but Great Value was definitely better). The texture of Pillsbury flour feels a bit unusual, like some starch was added to it, although it is not mentioned in the list of ingredients. Bread, pizzas, pies, etc. look a bit different too, and I have to use more Pillsbury flour than that of Great Value brand, but with all that said, this flour is not bad. Two bags came well packed, no spills. Thank you, Walmart.
I have ordered this product many times and is excellent, however, last time, I ordered 3 bags and one of them was ripped and the product all spared out. This items, sometime has been individually protected with a plastic bag, but last time this protection was not included.
Had the whole bag broke open. Called customer service. They sent another one and put a rush shipment on it. Hopefully they will wrap it again when I have top order it.
Flour was all over everything in order. The bag was not all torn up, but was jostled around in shipping and packing. The packer also put the heavy 10# flour on top of the other items in the box. Poor handling.
I ordered 3 bags of flour. All three came ripped, with flour covering everything else in the box. I can't imagine what one would have to do with flour bags to have them destroyed that much. Unfortunately, I will not be buying flour from Walmart any more.
The box where the product came to my home was all open and ripped and the product's bag was also ripped and the product all spared out.
