Add 2 tablespoons water (1 tablespoon for half package). 2) Cover and microwave on High 6-8 minutes (4-6 minutes for half package). Let stand covered 1-2 minutes. 3) Drain, season as desired and serve. (Microwave ovens vary in power; adjust cooking times accordingly.) Stovetop: 1) Place vegetables in saucepan. Add 1/2 cup water (1/4 cup for half package). 2) Bring water to a full boil over High heat. 2) Reduce heat to Medium-High. Cover and simmer 4-5 minutes or to desired texture, stirring occasionally. 3) Drain, season as desired and serve. For food safety and best quality, cook to a temperature of 160 degrees F.
