I love this receiver! It has an internal amp which provides great sound and decent bass. It has all the features I need, and I like the hidden cd/dvd slot behind the motorized screen. The controls are user friendly and you can trust the Pioneer name. Very happy with my purchase!
Works well in my 05 prius. Lots of audio and video adjustments. Sound and picture quality are fantastic. Looks good in car. Fingerprints are no more troublesome than most touch screens(maybe a little better). Installation with pac steering wheel control takes patients. Professional install with pac advisable. Lastly, Can't beat the Walmart price!

Works great love that you can use the Waze app on it. Just need to download the pioneer live app an works great
Radio station want the easiest to install and ended up paying to have it installed professionally. However it was well worth the money! GPS works great and is more accurate than my iPhone maps. Definitely would buy it again and wish I would have done this sooner!
I had been using a Pioneer DEH-80PRS for a few years now and never knew Pioneer decided to make a double DIN unit with the active crossover feature. This looks way better in my dash that the single DIN unit I had, it does the same stuff, and is far easier to set up and change. So far, it is an awesome headunit. Walmart had it for $70 less than Crutchfield, and I didn't need any of the adapters or installation sheets that are "free" from Crutchfield. Plus, Pioneer honors the warranty since Walmart sells pioneer units in their brick and mortar stores.
I just recently purchased a new Lincoln LS after totaling my previous LS a month prior. I knew I wanted to go with a double DIN touchscreen but I had a hard time choosing which one to pick. At first I was going to chose the Pioneer AVH 2800 because it was about $90 cheaper than the AVH 4800. The change in interface between these 2 models is excellent, the AVH 4800 is as sleek as can be and almost looks stock. At first I was mad there was no USB hookup on the actual headunit itself and that my sound guy installed it in my glove box but now I love this, no excess iphone charger taking up space. I had a 10 inch subwoofer in my previous LS with the premium sound package which featured 16 speakers in the car not including the sub. I had that with a single DIN Pioneer headunit I purchased about 4 years ago. Now with this headunit and it's amazingly customizable EQ settings, only 4 stock speakers and my sub this thing bumps way harder than in my old LS. The 7 inch screen also connects to the aftermarket Esky license pate bracket backup camera I had installed and the picture is excellent. 10/10 would buy again
