I ordered the cover early Sunday morning and Walmart delivered it with in hours. The smoker cover is of very good Quality. Best $40 some dollars I have spent in Quite a while.
I bought this cover several years ago and it lasted through winter snow and ice, spring severe winds, scorching hot summer. I finally had to relpce it with a new one. I wouldn't buy any other brand for my Pit Boss grill.
Bought the grill and cover in Pueblo CO and the cover stayed on even in high winds. We are now home in Norwich CT we had a wind and rain storm that tore off some shingles but the cover remained secure. It did get a whole in it because of debris landing on it so we replaced original cover exactly the same.
The material could be heavier and more durable. It seems a bit thin. There is a drawstring around the bottom that will tighten and prevent the wind from blowing it off. The string is thin and the end clasp is thin plastic. So, I am not sure how long it will last. Overall, it is a great cover and the fit is good!
I had been really wanting a smoker for a couple years. Son was directing me to buy a traegger. Just didnt want to spend $1800. Bought this online at $500. Arrived a couple weeks later and payed to have it assembled. Gentleman arrived on the date and time when promised. Did a great job assembling and even broke down the box! A real above and beyond job. I plug it in and was off smoking. Wow! I dont know how it could get better. Pork butt
Great smoker for the price. Did fluctuate a bit trying to hold temp but upgraded the controller to the WiFi compatible one and works just fine now. Make sure you clean it
I would have given this smoker 5 star's but when i ordered my 1st one i had put it all together and the mother board where you turn it on at was damaged or something. So i returned it for another one and put it together again and this one works just fine. It grills and smokes wonderful.
Purchased a Pit Boss Austin XL smoker/Grill for $500. When it arrived the box was severely damaged, so I would not accept delivery. I went on line to my Walmart account and could not get their system to accept any info. I called Customer Service and they asked that I call back the next day, which I did. The customer service person was very difficult to understand, so I asked for another representative. Explained the details again. Again they did not understand the grill was never accepted and continued to request a time the product would be returned to Walmart. After way too much time on the phone, I spoke with another customer service person. They said it would take 48 hours before a replacement order could be entered. I agreed and was told the replacement would be delivered, 11/16. I have zero confidence that the issue is resolved and that the product will be delivered as stated.
It helps to actually get the item before you ask how it is. After leaving work for two hours to search for an item you said was delivered only to find out it wasn't
First I was told i would have two day shipping, however it took almost two weeks to arrive. It came shipped to my home and the box was very torn. When opened the top of the grill was badly dented.
