Health conditions causing dry red angry skin due to lack of circulation are a problem in my household. I'd heard people say and read articles talking about how hemp seed oil can help heal skin sores. Finally decided to give it a try. The oil is a dark green. The scent is grassy but not overpowering. I added the pump top to it for neat application and we started using it. it's been several weeks now and there has been improvement! An added benefit - as the skin heals the pain reduces and walking has gotten easier. More walking has improved circulation. This product isn't a miracle cure but it has definitely helped start getting both of us closer to following doctor s orders to exercise more.
So far I have used the organic coconut and Argan. I love them both. But the hemp I believe is my favorite. I just got my jojoba today and have not played in it yet. The hemp has a earthy grassy aroma which I like. It does fade so not worries. In the shower I add a couple drops of the organic coconut oil to my conditioner. Then after squeezing out the water in my hair with a cotton pillow case I next use a couple drops and pat it on my face. What is left on my hands I work from the ends up to mid shaft of my hair. I have natural Italian curly hair. I got complimented tonight on how pretty my curls were and how shiny my hair was.
This oil is great for me. I couldn't find an oil that would absorb into my skin. This oil works perfectly. I use this mixed with an essential oil for my face. It absorbs right into my skin and doesn't cause my dermatitis to flare. I am very pleased with this oil and I will be ordering again.
Love this organic hemp seed carrier oil! I just started using it for facial moisturizer and body moisturizer after showers while skin is still damp. One of the best oils that doesn’t clog pores! I use it on myself and my kids and we all love it! The only thing I don’t love is the scent. To me it has a “burned” smell. Customer service is great btw, they sent me a brand new bottle quickly shipped for free to replace the second order of hemp seed oil that I was concerned about with the burned smell. I def would recommend and the smell fades quickly!
I really love this oil! I use it as a face wash using oil cleansing method and after my face is clean I use it with Frankincense Frereana eo in a blend on my face and neck. I have naturally oil skin but in the couple months I have been using this my face is less oily but well moisturized. Overall my older aging skin is looking better and I love it!
Just when I think I have my favorite carrier oil from Plant Therapy I try a new one!! Wow this one is great on the skin!! I was a little unsure because some people said they didn’t like the smell but I actually like it too! Thanks PT another great carrier oil to use:u1F970:
it's a bright green color and doesn't have the best scent but it soon fades. I really like the oil and I purchased to use on my skin that is severely dry and I also suffer from lichen planus. It helps keep it moisturized and really feels nice on my skin after the scent fades which takes about 10-15 minutes for me
Decided on Hemp Seed oil for a stomach problem I was having. It has worked wonderfully for me. I rarely have a problem now. The taste is almost kind of buttery. I like the fact that I can buy a small size as this oil has a short shelf life. I will continue to buy this brand.
This is by far my favorite carrier oil. With a new infant in the house I've been cautious with essential oils but I love this stuff so much that I use it with no essential oils and just rub it all over after a shower. I used it during my pregnancy too and no stretch marks but I'm thinking that was genetic. You won't regret adding this oil to your supply. Nutty pleasant aroma and absorbs faster than any other carrier oils I've tried.
I bought this to make body wash from a recipe on the blog. The body wash is great and this is a great carrier to use in the recipe. I like that it seems to absorb quickly too which would make it great as a carrier in a roller bottle as well. I don't love the smell but if you are using it with essential oils that helps mask the scent.
