Exactly what I needed to be hands free without the ear set flopping around
It seems to be just like the original equipment. The ear and mouth piece fits the same. The foam pad fits snug. It should stay on better than the replacements I purchased for the old headset, but may be so snug it will wear and tear quicker. I'll find out. It arrived in a reasonalble time.
