Spend an extra 5 dollars and get one of the metal ones on here. this one does not stand on it's own; the plastic is pretty flimsy. If you live in an apartment and can't screw it into the wall, definitely don't get it. There's a tape type thing that sticks it to the wall, but we have woken up at least 5 mornings in the last few months with it fallen over, and our stuff all over the bathroom and in the toilet.
Bought 2, one is only ok, second one fell over and cracked, certainly not worth $30.00!!!
