My 10 week old granddaughter has had hours of soothing use from this product. Between the music and light show she is asleep much quicker,
This is a cute idea. But I didn't want to purchase the MP3 Player part yet, as my daughter is only a baby and money is tight. But I needed a soother for her crib. I liked the idea of a night light show and it was pretty cool. But it only plays ONE SONG AT A TIME unless you have the MP3 attachment. Then you just try to find that MP3 attachment "sold separately". Can't find it unless I buy it with the Made for Me cd player and spend $70. Took this back and got the old standby - Ocean Wonders and I am pleased as heck : )
I'll second what everyone says. It's a cute idea and my baby loves but the songs only play for 30 seconds and he's back to being restless again. I wish I had seen these reviews before I purchased this.
I bought this for our youngest daughter and we were very disappointed. It only plays for 30 seconds. Completely useless. DO NOT BUY!
While the music, movement and lightshow are soothing it only plays for 30 seconds. It's just long enough to grab my son's attention and upset him when it stops. The only way to set it to play longer (up to 30 minutes) is with the mp3 player that you have to buy. The mp3 player is $69. If it'd play longer, it'd be a great purchase but it's not worth spending another $69 on when I just dropped $29 on it. We will be returning it to the store.
