Due to not having received the order yet
Box was damaged, item had cracked face plate, return was going to be a hassle so I had to purchase new face plates immediately for my brand new device out of my own pocket.
Please read the initial feedback. The product was fine, but it was extremely difficult to obtain, and I'm almost certain it was in stock the whole time. The issue with availability seemed to be the employees with access to give it to the customer in a timely fashion both for a next day pickup or in person at the counter.
Tracking items is impossible and talking to a person is also impossible to inquire about an item that is delayed. I guess spending over 500.00 on one item isn't important enough.
My son bought a PS5 with money he saved. When we received it, everything was all locked down on it, he couldn't even set it up. We returned it and was told we would get his money back after the third party seller received it. They received it 2 1/2 weeks ago and we still have not received our money back!! I cannot get ahold of anyone, I would NEVER buy from this third party company!!
