my dad in in law enforcement and i got this phone for him as a get well gift from his surgery and he likes it very much. he likes to idea of dropping the phone in a charging cradle and not have to worry about wires. he has dropped it several times already and no sign of damage. easy to use and easy to set up
At this point I'd like to reserve my comments. It's very nice phone and the Tech Maninger Chris is a great guy and a real help. I'd like to give my full comments a bit later, in about two weeks!!
This is the second PLUM rugged phone I have purchased for my husband. The first one still works, but became obsolete recently when carriers insisted on 4G Volte phones. He is a contractor and will only use a flip phone, and liked his old Plum, so was happy to find they have made a upgraded model. Works well, easy to use, reliable and rugged.
My brand new nano sim card didn't fit
i liked it bit it won't work with metro
Like: It looked like a sturdy phone and the menu options looked like they were easy to manage. Dislike: Never got to activate it. Talked to Consumer Cellular twice and was told both times this phone isn't compatible so they would not send me a new SIM card. Sad to say that I will have to return.
Seemed like a great phone, big buttons, easy for my father in law to see/use but it wasn't compatible with his Straight Talk service so we had to return it.
Purchased this phone in June and it stopped working a few weeks later- wouldn't turn on at all. Shipped it to Plum Mobile on my dime and got it back a few weeks later. Worked for 3 days before the same problem reappeared. Meanwhile I've been paying for the phone service monthly without the ability to use it. Terrible.
