Love this device. I really can't believe how well it works. The key is to key the device moving and glide it quickly accross your skin. I can see the dead skin peeling off! My skin does get a little red but it makes sense because it's a micro-abrasion. I like doing it before bedtime and by the time I wake up I have fresh glowing skin. I have been getting professional microderm treatments over the years and I prefer doing this myself and saving the money.

Can we talk about how simple this tool is to use and what a great job it does? One month in and already getting compliments on my “ perfect skin”. It's so nice to be able to do this at home and not have to pay an exuberant amount at an aesthetics office. PMD products have quickly become my favorite, already own 4 tools and am looking forward to more.
Great product! Very easy to use. I use it about every 3 to 4 days and love it.
I've tried everything, not kidding. Hyperpigmentation is horrible to deal with and the PMD has been amazing. I've had it for one month and my overall skin tone has started to even out. It has taken out so much of the redness in my skin and the hyperpigmentation marks are disappearing. The closest word I have for it is magic. Attached is my one month progress photo!
I've had my personal microderm classic for about a month so I'm still looking forward to seeing more results, but it does leave my skin feeling soft and very exfoliated and I have high hopes for the next few months!
I bought this tool in hopes that it would be a nice at home option. I tried it on my arm, it seemed ok. I followed the instructions for use on my face. It did clear my pores and I moisturized afterwards. Based on what I read I anticipated some skin discomfort. But when I woke up the next morning I had what I thought was bruising, but instead I realize were subdermal abrasions that bled as the day progressed. For me it felt like a sandblaster combined with a powerful vacuum on my face. Which I trusted to be how it was supposed to work. But the resulting damage was not what I had hoped for.
Caused a rash on my face. I tried it on my arm first, and it was fine, but this hasn't done anything good for my face
Not worth the money. Does not do the job and turns off out of nowhere.
Mine is defective. I can't get the tip off so the other tips are useless. The tip that came with it sits down under the guard so when I use it there is a vacuum that sucks the skin in and produces a burn. I also can't access the foam where skin accumulates to be able to clean it.
