Use a light body exfoliator such as the PMD Silverscrub Silver-Infused Loofah Replacements Berry in the shower. This set of two interchangeable and replaceable magnetic attachments is designed to fit the PMD Clean Body device in the color Berry. Silverscrub loofah is infused with silver, an element that has antibacterial properties. Use each loofah for a month before replacing. The PMD Polish Aluminum Oxide Exfoliator attachment for this system should be replaced every three to four uses, or about once a month with weekly use.

I love the subscription. I'm guaranteed to have a clean loofah every month! The loofah is by far my favorite attachment.
These are my favorite scrubbers. I have very sensitive skin and these make my skin so soft. The recurring shipments helps so much so I don't have to worry about reordering.
used to swear by those exfoliating Mickey Mouse shower gloves, until these beautiful anti-bacteria loofahs came into purview I love these -- plus it makes me feel more ladylike using the PMD loofah than those old gloves -- definitely sexier if you shower with friends.
These are amazing! I'm at peace knowing my using something not filled with bacteria like normal loofahs. They help clean my body and leave my skin feeling smooth and soft.
I had been using PMD Clean for my face and was excited to get the larger PMD Clean Body. It has been a great addition to my shower routine. Yes, it is a bit smaller than a regular shower buff, but you get used to the smaller size. The vibration is like getting a massage every time I shower. I found holding by the head instead of the handle works great.
Love my BodyClean and the loofah attachment is probably my most used. Holds up nicely. Only complaint is that it's hard to find on the website, had to search for it specifically.
I love the loofahs on the body brush. I had been dealing with skin acne on my back and had tried so many different things but this brush took care of it. It also makes my skin really soft and clean. I will never use anything else now.
I love the body by PMD. I have mad mine for about 3 years. I also love this brush head. It resist mold. Hey loofas carry a lot of bacteria usually. And it helps exfoliate!
I was so excited about this product. For the price I was disappointed that it didn't work after a few months. I also bought the smaller one that is for your face. It didn't last very long, either. I bought several of both sizes for my family as Christmas gifts. I had hoped that I would be the only one short changed, however, my daughter's sister's, and my niece's didn't last very long time either. We all were very disappointed. I am not able to give a positive recommendation for the PMD products.
We love the PMD clean and although I do like the PMD clean body, the loofah gets discolored right away. I'm not sure if it's the body wash I use, but within 2-3 uses, the loofah looks grayish and discolored which makes me question the antibacterial nature of it.
