We bought this for our 3 year old grandson. We are very happy with this 4 wheeler. We had purchased another brand of 4 wheeler and it turned out not to be very good. My grandson rode it for about 10 minutes and the battery went dead. Charged it and the same thing happened. We decided to go for a more expensive 4 wheeler. We did get it on Rollback so it helped bring the price down. This is day 2 and my grandson is still able to drive it without a battery charge. It handles real nice for him as well. You won't be disappointed with the choice. It also is very good size of 4 wheeler. Walmart was very good in Baraboo Wi where we purchased the 1st 4 wheeler that we had to return.
This was a Santa gift for my 6 yr. old grandson, and it has been amazing so far! Easy to assemble, it took about an hour from the wheels up! The 6 yr old loves it, and so do his older brothers. Big enough to feel real, it is much better than the other, smaller, ride on toys on the market. Considering the weight limit (130 lbs according to the packaging), I expect this will be enjoyed for years to come. Great product!!
My son and daughter are 7 years old and I needed something bigger for my son than the typical power wheels. He weighs about 55 - 60 lbs. He absolutly loves this. They both fit on it of course my daughter is very petite for her age (about 30 lbs). It goes fast enough but not too fast on the highest speed. The low speed was REALLY slow. It was also VERY VERY easy to put together. I love it and would reccommend it to ANYONE!
I purchased this for my 3 year old granddaughter.she has a power wheels mustang but have to give it a push to often.This 4wheeler is a bomb.she can go till the battery goes dead,Did buy an extra battery,because she loves to ride.I would recommend this.And the price was great.
We just bought the polaris trail boss for our 3 yr old's birthday last month. He absolutely loves it!! I decided on this one due to the good reviews and I'm very pleased I took the time to find the right one. I thought it might take him a little while to get used to it, but as soon as he saw it he took off! We haven't had any problems with it so far. The battery lasts about 2 hours. And there is room to add an extra too. It goes faster than I thought it would too. Handles really good on grass. Definately recommend this product!!
Well bought this for our 4 years old for her b-day. She was in shock when she opened the shed and seen her surprise. The slow gear lasted all but 10 minutes and then she went straight for high speed. It handles really well and does well with just her on it but seems to get even better traction with a second lil one on with her and it doesn't even really slow it down. The battery life was to be expected almost 2 hours of crazy play. The tires I can already see will need to be replaced by next summer but that is also something I expected. Overall I love this and OMG so does my lil girl. Very durable also!!
Easy to put together, instructions for decals was pretty self explanetory, a large 2 yr old got this for his b-day present..he could handle it well & loved it~~~just so you know this is a HUGE difference from the 6 volts out there! The Perego is huge even at only 12 volt! We have real gas powered wheelers 50cc & they are smaller than this 12 volt. Plan for storage of some sort. Great product, great price!
My 2 year old absolutely loves to drive this around. He can reach the pedal well (he's about 37 inches tall). The pedal is very finicky. It can be very hard to press, and a lot of neighbor kids have had a hard time pushing it down. The wheels are also completely worn down from driving around the cement driveway and road after only a couple weeks. It is a fun toy, and would be perfect aside from the pedal and worn wheels.
This ATV was for my 5yr old this Christmas. The size is great for him. There are two speeds though the faster speed works better for him. We took it out driving all over my parents ranch and it did great over rocky terrain and dirt. It only got caught up a couple of times but it was on relatively steep hills or large rocks. I wish the tires were rubber but the plastic still does surprisingly well. I love that it is large enough for him to ride now and for another couple years.
We don't have a lot of money, so we wanted to get every dollar out of our purchase. ToysRUs wouldn't honor the internet price at the store on a similar model, so we went to WalMart. The Peg Perego Polaris does everything we expected. It was a birthday gift for our 4 yr old and he loves to ride his 2 yr old brother with him. The 2 yr old gets to ride in the lower speeds. The vehicle handles moderate inclines and slightly slick terrain well. The reverse helps on getting out of a situation. The vehicle is 12v, but there is room to put another 12v battery in with it, making it a 24 v ride. Since I only paid $249.00, it makes it very affordable for it's size, power, competing with the $350 models, and with the added battery, competes well with the $450 models. For us, an excellent value and choice. Oh, i just wish the tires were rubberized--would make traction a non-issue--so will "aftermarket" some accessories for that issue.
