I'm loving this camera! It takes really nice pics and vids. The only thing I don't like is that u have to wait for the flash to load in between shots. It can get annoying lol! But it does have a really great flash on it!
We used it in Hawaii while snorkeling and it took some great pictures. We had no issues at all and really enjoyed all the snorkeling and all the great pictures
I'm glad I bough it !! The gift is for my 12 year old Granddaughter!!
The more you zoom in the blurrier the pictures get but overall a great purchase. Took it the water park (in the pool and down water slides) with no problem. Wanted something that wasn't as expensive as my other camera to replace so I looked for something like this. And IT IS WATERPROOF!!! My husband submerged it in water to make sure before we left and didn't have something to capture the moments while on a mini vacation :)
The buttons are a little firm to use, probably due to the water resistant capability. It is easy to use, buttons are large and easy to see. It is very sturdy for a small camera. The front and back screens are nice feature. A Drawback is the disk does not lock into place, be careful when opening battery compartment to change batteries. The disk could fall out.
We took two of these little cameras on our cruise. Came back with some great images! We just pointed the camera in the right direction, and with the wide angle lense, we usually got what we wanted. Having read other reviews I have to say, Yes, the screen is difficult to see in the water. But, it's digital, push the shutter often and delete what isn't clear. I have trouble with moving the camera when I'm shooting, caused some blurring, as I am used to a heavier camera. I just had to make sure I held it steady. I carried extra batteriess.. I enjoyed not having to worry about this rugged little camara, and I took it everywhere.
I bought this for my 7 year old daughter for Christmas. It is a next step up from her kid-like cameras. However, as this is a good price and awesome for what we were looking for, the batteries constantly die. We have been through 3 sets of batteries and it's only the 30th - not to mention, she is not using it nonstop for the batteries to be going out so quickly. Buyers, keep looking for a camera that charges rather than use batteries.
I opened the package, took a few pictures, and then boxed it back up and returned it. The quality was horrible.
The back screen work normally but the from screen was black unless you pointed it directly at a light source. Bought the best batteries available - it ate them after an hour. Returned it and will never buy another like it.
There was not an owners manual so we had to go online to figure out the settings. All of the pictures are very blurry. We will be contacting someone about sending this piece of junk back. Didnt pay alot for it but enough that the picture quality should be better than it is. We have already been through 2 sets of batteries.
