I just came back from my trip abroad, and the suit cases worked perfectly. All wheels are solid and did not break or anything. I am very happy with them,specially for the valuue of it; for the price you cannot get any better.
Just returned from a 10 day trip that included 3 days of camping. This luggage held up great. We used the 29" piece to pack all of our bedding and clothing that we would need for the camping trip so we only had to take one bag. The other two were used by both my husband and myself for packing our own individual needs for the rest of our trip. Would recommend to anyone that does a lot of travelling. We travel at least four times a year and this is a great addition for us.
Very nice luggage. Great for various trips... long or short. Well made. Lots of features. Rolls very nicely with ease in all directions. Wish had a FULL size (larger) front pocket for bringing home laundry & keeping it separate from other clothing. The tiny, little, top, zipper, outside pocket is WAY TOO SMALL for anything but ticket and driver's license. Wish that was more useful. Have to really struggle to fit one suitcase inside the other for storage as just one suitcase, but it does all store as one piece with some effort. Expansion (about 3 inches) is much better than on most other brands I looked at. Suggest using "Scotch guard fabric protector) BEFORE your first trip to keep this light colored luggage looking new. Glad I bought it! Great price! American Tourister makes quality luggage. Good warranty, too. LOVE the color!
The set held up very well to the harsh conditions of airline handlers tossing then as if they were footballs. I guess we can say it was touch down and ready to go on the next trip.
I ordered the aqua color, and it is a much nicer color than the picture (much brighter). The bags are also larger than I expected which is great since my daughter and I always seem to bring back lots of souvenirs from our trips, and our luggage is bursting at the seams on the way home :) We have a trip to Florida planned soon so I am looking forward to using the luggage then. I also bought Scotch Guard fabric protector which I plan to use on it before our trip - several people recommended I do this to preserve the color and avoid stains or water damage.
I purchased this luggage because my husband and I have started cruising. This luggage is huge. They are bigger on the inside than any other luggage we have owned. Very sturdy, and the wheels are just fantastic. If you are looking for quality luggage at an affordable price this is the luggage set for you!
Pretty color, very spacious, the large suitcase is enormous and if I filled it up completely it would no doubt fail the weight limit at the airport. But the suitcases themselves are very light weight. I have used them twice and they have stood up to the test of the airport being thrown and dragged and they still look like new. Handles are securely in place, plenty of compartments. LOVE the four way folly wheels. Didn't realize this is the brand of Disney resorts.
My initial inspection of the luggage was good so far. The purple is darker than pictured, but I like the color better than the lighter one shown. One thing I was not expecting, although it was probably noted in the specs, was the handle posts are placed inside the suitcases. They are well covered by the lining, but take up some of the space. I do like the expandable feature. If you don't use it when going it gives more room for the goodies we all end up buying on our return trip. I really like the 360 degree turning wheels and they should greatly help me in traveling. I will know after my next trip how well it all works together and if it does as I expect I probably would give it an even higher rating.
I really like this 3-piece Spinner Set by American Tourister POP. Its better then what I was excepting. Its well made and very roomy. easily to move around. I've had a lot of sets, but I think this one is the best. My trip is in May can't wait to test on the Plane.
These bags are nice and the price is decent for a three luggage set with spinners. Unfortunately, I cannot rate it any higher because the 25" bag from the first set that I bought had a hole in the inner mesh around the the bottom right area. I returned the first set and ordered a second set, and it turns out that the 25" bag in the second set also has a hole in the inner mesh around the same area. This is starting to appear like a manufacturing problem of some sort. I plan to return this second set and order a third set. I recommend that anyone who purchases these to check the inner mesh for holes.
