I love this silly thing. I have it in my car, it works fantastic! The trick is you have to clean the surface with alcohol. I had a phone holder on my dash and it constantly swiveled and drove me nuts, this on the other hand stays put and yes, I would recommend this over any phone holder for the car!
I love pop sockets for a better one handed grip on my phone and also to easily mount them in the car! Mine has been mounted for a while now and doesn't budge.
Authentic. Make sure you dont put your phone until the whole 8 hours is up (read the instructions). Its a strong hold if you do let the full 8 hours pass.
I purchased this for my car after receiving a gift for my phone. It arrived soon after ordering. You should definitely determine where you want the PopSocket to stick to prior to "installation", especially in the car where sunlight can be a factor in visibility. It does stick for a long time, and it comes with a second "stick on" for it per package. I definitely recommend it.
it sticks to about anything and its perfect for holding my phone up for my kids so they cant touch it

It was holiday offer. It stuck well to my kitchen tile. It is still there 6 months now. Lol I only used once, so no idea if will stay extended constant use or if when if don't use. I wish I had 2 to tests
Love the product.. 2nd time I buy it.. the first one lasted almost 2 yrs and because I accidentally broke it..
Lasted only about 2 days and fell down I would advise one to get something with a hook or a suction cup that will actually hold your phone up and not fall while you are driving.
On the packaging it said that it was universal for all car vents, but it's far from that. I figured it would have a little bit of leverage to rotate or move but it's only one angle at all times. I still use it for road trips when I need directions but definitely not my favorite mount for a phone.
