This pot comes with excellent instructions for use. I have always used the "sniff upward from nostrils submerged in salt water" method of sinus irrigation, and this method is much different and requires more skill, so the instructions are clear and helpful. Nonetheless, it's not the easiest skill to master, and I did get salt water into my frontal sinuses accidentally, which gave me a killer sinus headache for 24 hours. (they describe that this can happen, and acknowledge that it may be "uncomfortable." However, they also describe the cause (forehead tilt ed down too low) so I have been careful not to let it happen again.
I got this for my daughter who has severe allergies. I am hoping it will reduce her intake of medications!
This is not only very functional and easy to use, it is designed so beautifully. The white ceramic is very beautiful. Shipping was fast. The price was quite reasonable. I highly recommend this Neti Pot.
This is the second time I bought the ceramic and gave this one to my sister. I also bought the ecofriendly, I did not like it, but functional.

I've used a Neti Pot for years and they work great to clear out the nasal passage ways. My original one hit the ceramic floor andbroke so I replaced it with the same brand. I would have to say that it is not nicely finished like the one I bought years ago but that is only a minor complaint. I like the style and angle on this one compared to some of the others.
This is a simple, white, ceramic pot to pour saline solution into your head. It works well to do so. Mine came with scuff marks on it (which won't come off), which indicates to me poor quality control. Holds about 8 oz.
