Post Workout Bath Tea Soak with Epsom Salts, Dried Flowers and Essential Oils

This new post workout bath tea soak is heavenly. It contains a sage leaf, rosemary leaves, peppermint leaves, and sage leaves as well as lavender and arnica oils , Epsom salts, dead sea salts, and European Spa salt. It is a gym rats dream. Please note that after soaking you will need to clean out your drain. The leaves do not dissolve but they float around you releasing their potent and beneficial natural oils. Scoop 2-3 teaspoons out per bath.
