You take two gummies in the morning when you wake up and that's all! They have a bit of a harder chewy texture to them but they taste amazing! They have biotin, and vitamin c and e in them. You get a total of 2500mg of biotin with 2 gummies. These are super easy to take. I highly recommend them if you don't like taking pills. The lid is hold proof and I had a little trouble opening it but other then that it's perfect.

Vitamins are super important! And I love the flavor and texture of this ones, Frida is a brand I stand by, its products have never failed to me. The only thing I am not a fan is the portion side. I am not sure why most gummies need more than one gummy to achieve the dose.
