I was originally carrying a regular potty seat because we are in the car alot. The nasty problem i was running into was, what to do with my little one's waste!! This product meets both needs of a travel potty seat for toilets and for when you're not near a toilet, it has the bags that contain the waste for easy and safe disposal. I bought two to have in both cars, would definitely recommend, and have already recommended to friends and family!
I love this I got this last week and I've used it everyday!! My daughter doesn't have accidents out and it is so small it fit in a little backpack! I'm a major germophob and I carry Clorox wipes with us as well this product and the refills are so worth the money for a mom like me!! Love this potty!!!!!!!!
This travel potty is great and serves its purpose. The only thing about the potty is the locking feature. It is hard hard to fold it back down without pulling the entire leg off, but no worries it snaps right back into place.
Potty training? This is definitely a must have! We take it with us anywhere because you can use it as a stand alone potty or a seat for a bigger toilet. Bags don't leak at all, it simply does the trick. Very satisfied with this product. It also comes with a heavy duty bag to keep the potty and liners in.
I ordered this to put in my husband car as we have one in mine. We have used it several times and my daughter thinks it is great to be able to go in the car. It is nice to know that if she does need to go while we are out that we don't have to be looking for places with restrooms, that she can just go in the car. We haven't used it on top of a toilet yet, but it will be convienent if we have to.
LOVE this. Will it last? I am skeptical but it seems well engineered. IF the plastic snapped the whole thing would be useless. If my daughter gets too heavy i will be nervous about it holding her up while she hovers over a toilet. Was going to use this for traveling in car for my 7yr old as well, but i love it at home too much to risk it breaking. I will eventually buy another for camping/road travels. When you move it from one position to the other, it is really difficult to snap, but when it finally does, it seems very strong. IF it were to get messed on, there are so many crevices that would be hard to clean. For now, we LOVE knowing this can be used on the road as a potty or to protect my baby's bottom from sitting on a dirty toilet elsewhere. Baby is 15 mos and decided as soon as we got this set up to use this as a potty, so it effectively jump started our PT campaign!
We got this potty for its portability bc going out with a little girl who's potty training there's no good way to not touch the toilet in public restrooms. She carries a backpack and this slides perfectly inside so she doesn't have to get yucky hands
I knew I would need a travel potty for my 23 month old once we started potty training. I'm so glad I bought Potette Plus for her. She adapted to it quite quickly and it is so easy to set up (didn't have any difficulties at all). The liners it comes with are extremely useful and easy to replicate (plastic shopping bag and a folded up paper towel), and the travel bag makes it easier to transport in a big purse. Don't worry if you pop the legs of the potty out, they just snap right back in. I haven't used the trainer seat style yet, but I'm sure I will soon. Love this product! I will recommend it to all my mom friends.
This is a great product to have left in your car when your out on the road and there are no restrooms around. It is small and compact however i find it to be a little unsteady when the child sits on it so i do hold the legs. It does get the job done however. Comes with a bag to put ithe toliet in when not being used which i thought was nice. Great product for the price!!
I love this potty seat, and so does my 2-year-old daughter. She freaked out when I tried to get her to use it the first two times in the car, but since then, has been so excited about it. She has used it with the disposable bags, a grocery bag with paper towels in the bottom, and as a potty seat on a regular toilet. It's getting tons of use on vacation this summer! It comes with a plastic bag for carrying, and it is a bit bulky for carrying around (doesn't really fit in my diaper bag) but is great to leave in the car or to throw in the stroller.
