The wheel on this item spun long enough to get clay on it. Within a few seconds it quit and would not work again. I promptly returned it to the store and got my money back.
I'm not one to complain much, but my 7 year old son has wanted this product for almost 2 months. He finally earned the money, went to walmart, bought it we came home and started it up...no joke....this thing is a piece of junk! When you put your clay on the center of the wheel it just stays still in your hands while you are trying to apply slight pressure. I realize that doesn't seem to make a lot of sense, but it doesn't stick to the wheel like it is supposed to in order for you to form the cylinder in the first step!! No, we didn't use too much water either. To each his own....good luck!
