[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using my Power Gear all in one stereo headset by plugging it into my cell phone, no batteries or charger needed. I have received many compliments from people saying they can hear me crystal clear and I can also hear people on the other end really clear. It is so convenient as it let's me talk and have my hands free to type while working or doing something else like driving. You can adjust the microphone around to have it sit where you want it. There is a volume button and also a hang up button on the cord. This is a very nice piece, I just wish the volume could turn up just a little higher.
Lite but with good sound.
I am very hard of hearing and having what I want to hear come into both ears as well as blocking some background noise really helps. The volume control is handy as well. I recommend this product.
Having 2 comfy ears on a phone piece is important to me, so that's a plus. This came having an adapter for a 2m as well as a 3m which is necessary for my situation adds another plus. Even though the mouth piece is flexible, it's not enough to comfortably position the mouth piece on right side of mouth, which some of us (like myself) would prefer.
I broke my headset and I thought that this was the one that it was, so I ordered a new one. If it is the same one, in just a year I'm disappointed in the quality of what it used to be. It feels sort of chintzy and cheap, but it gets the job done. And if I bought the wrong one, oh well. It works, and that's all I care about.
I had two of these the first one I decided to replace since the right ear kept going out and I could not hear good with only one ear working. Now, I brought the new one and I only had it for a few days and one ear is so low that I cannot hear at all and the other ear is not that loud so now I had to go back to using the old one since that one actually works better. I am so mad since I didn't keep recipe and now I cannot return them
In the past I have loved this headset for phone conferencing. However, they've changed the style (it isn't the same one as pictured) and the quality isn't as good. I will be returning them.
I bought this headset about 6 months ago. I really liked it at first but the adapters make a squealing noise on my cordless phone. Worked pretty well on my mobile phone and computer until the microphone stopped working! There's a problem with the speaker next to the boom, sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't! The littlespongy cover for the microphone slips off too easily.
when I receive the item it was not as described and it was not as shown in the picture I had to return the item. the one I've been received was inferior
Within two months one of the earphones stopped working. Then a wire fell out. This is the third time I have tried one of these... they're great while they last, but break after just two months, each time!
