Nostalgic!! I love the feel of the controller in my hands and its perfect for executing combos in Super Smash Bros.
Light and responsive device to play the Nintendo Switch.
My son needed a GameCube style controller for his school esports and this was exactly what he needed. Very responsive.
So this was definitely what was missing when playing a Nintendo switch. You can play it just like any game console that you use with controllers. It's easy set up it's not difficult to set up you plug it in and go. It's so much more easier to use and play. The controller makes a Nintendo switch so much more fun to play with. With the exception of the heft it feels identical to a GameCube controller with a better Dpad and it does the job of a controller
It works, price is good, if you get a USB-A to USB-C adaptor you can use it on the Switch lite or even an emulator on a phone.
I got this a few days ago for my kid. She loves the color, it is purple. The cord is extra long so she doesn't have to sit too close to the tv. It comes with the cord that plugs into your game. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
I love the color and grip of this controller, I can play for hours and not feel uncomfortable. The controls are easy to use and smooth and the layout is good as well. The only thing that I would like to see is the wire to charge it and you can unplug and still play. All in all, a great controller to add to your gaming experience. About what you might expect. Very light controller. Doesnt feel durable, but so far so good.
This controller will give you drift stick so severe you can't play games or select things on the screen. Give it 1 year. FYI, I ended up taking the controller apart to see if there was dust or dirt inside the controller %26 there was not. But it's very poorly puut together... Buttons the pieces were not snug up to the buttons like they should be, there is no fixing the drift stick. Not without taking out the joystick assembly %26 soldering on a new one that probably costs as much as buying a new controller if you don't have extras lying around... Upon closer inspection things don't line up correctly. The C-stick is sunken in on mine. The left thumbstick is not aligned properly, even the soldered on joystick was crooked %26 the notches for the joystick aren't even or properly lined up either. This controller is garbage. And sadly Nintendo doesn't sell an official NGC controller.
