wonderful improvement to the office!
This shredder is everything that it is advertised to be. Excellent machine. I was so pleased with the quality that I immediately purchased a second one. We are a medical office and have shredders centralized for all workstations. I have purchased many shredders over the years. This shredder is perfect. And the claim is true-it doesn't jam!!
I shopped online quite awhile and decided to get the most power I could for the money. This shredder definitely does deliver. I'm very glad I didn't get a less powerful one. This one is perfect for shredding envelopes and contents without having to separate the bulky items. I rate this product excellent for good reason. Be sure and buy the oil and use it. These machines need a good oiling with each heavy use. Oil it once every time you change a bag. Oiling is easy with these machines.
In researching the various shredders available under the same line, we found the Powershred 225i. This shredder fits well in our office space, and has a nice professional look. It is so quiet when it is in use, not like other brands. We formerly had another shredder from Fellowes that lasted 10 years. We are very happy with this product.
Nice big paper shedder! Always wanted a bigger one then my fist one!! This is big and should last until I pass away! It's a fellows shedder and it's a name brand!!! That's why I got it!!! I did not want a cheap one!!!!
Purchased for University faculty & staff in office with various users day & night. Posted instructions above shredder including oiling cutters. LIST OF ITEMS NOT TO SHRED taped on shredder at feeding area on top...such as.. NO adhesive labels, transparencies, newspaper, file folders. Even highly educated users now have no jams or excuses! Wish new shredder came with at least a small bottle of oil!
This machine is very quiet and durable. It is a great asset to our office. I expect it to handle all our shredding needs.
Because we do a lot of shredding daily, this machine really makes a difference in our daily productivity. I really appreciate the silence that it provides while in operation. Best purchase we have made in our department.
Quiet, effective machine - convenient that you can see when page limit is exceeded. Bin fills up very quickly as shredded in long strips. Using Costco 33 gallon black trash bags as Fellowes bags too expensive and fragile and allegedly split - not what one wants for shredded material
This shredder is better than we expected for our department's needs. It's quiet, fast, and efficient. However, ordering off of the website remains a trial. We wanted to order and pay for this shredder through our account and pick it up at the local store. This is the second time we have attempted to do this without success - we had to have it shipped to us days after ordering. Please please make your website easier to order thru.
