I love this deep fryer !! I works great not sure why it's bad reviews ! IVE HAD MINE ALMOST 2 YEARS ! IF IT EVER MESSES UP ILL BUY THE SAME ONE BACK ! The steamer feature is awesome! My husband loves friend chicken so I keep chicken in the freezer that I buy already cooked at a local deli ( u can do this with all the fast food chicken ) put the FROZEN chicken on combo it will steam it for so long then air fry it and I swear the chicken comes out WAY BETTER THEN WHEN U EAT IT PURCHASED FRESH !! AND so handy that I can just keep it on hand frozen and have lunch ready in a flash ITS SO GOOD !!!!! I've had several air fryers THIS ONE IS THE BEST !! I absolutely love it !! my only complaint would be that the screws get loose from time to time that keeps the basket connected to the door but it's no problem to tighten them occasionally. I paid 139 so this is a great deal at 89 - worth every penny! Big and holds a lot of grub :)

Good and unique options compared to alternatives in the market
It's pretty big but it makes too much noise when you start it. I was looking forward to it being perfect for me because it has a bigger basket but I cannot get used to the fact that it makes so much noise when it starts.
There was a folk in the product
Purchased air fryer got home opened it and it's not even the correct air fryer and the one it was switched with is broken and won't even close
