I ordered a Toshiba brand device, but got a Phillips remote control that is useless. It won't even turn on/off the device! When I called them about it, they basically said it's not their problem. Without the proper remote, you can't set up the device, set the time/date, change the channels, or use it to record anything but the one channel it is "stuck" on. It renders the entire device pretty much useless.
I dislike slow response Where is my refund
