Here in Arizona, weeds start flourishing by mid-December, so we put down Preen Weed Preventer much earlier than much of the country. This is also a time of more precipitation and just a little moisture here creates a garden of tough weeds in just a few days. Broadcasting the weed preventer in our southwest yard, which consists mainly of decorative rock and cacti, generates a protective barrier against all those seeds waiting for the opportunity to germinate. It makes maintaining our cactus-filled yard a breeze./
I have used Preen Southern Weed Preventer for years, and cannot imagine gardening without this product. We use it several times a year in all our flowers beds and rarely pull more than a handful of weeds all year. This is a great product and one that works as advertised. Once you use Preen you will be a lifelong fan.
I apply Preen every year to my flower beds.. It really prevents the weeds from growing and me having to tend to weeds instead of my flowers.. Saves a lot of time
One of the most tedious tasks when it comes to gardening is pulling weeds. Preen is a landscaping must
I spinkle preen every spring in my flower beds, after I pull any weeds In site. And for the rest of the summer I very rarely have to pull Anymore weeds. I live in Nevada (very hard dirt) and I get compliments Regularly about how beautiful my flowers are. I tell everyone I know About Preen and how I use it. Thank you Preen!! ☀️
After an extreme effort of weeding using hoes, rakes and our hands to ready the garden for mulching we purchased the product with the hopes that this would be the final physical effort to maintain the garden. We followed the directions to a T in all of our flower beds and anticipate many compliments on the sustained beauty. It's only been a few weeks, and we've had some rain and no new weeds are arriving. Why didn't we use this years ago? Delighted with the ease of application too.
At the apartment complex where I live in El Paso, TX we have gravel landsacaping, but it never fails every year that the weeds and grass come up through the rocks, this year I spead out Preen Southern Weed Preventer. I had a few weeds come through, but after removing those, I never had anymore weeds com up. Even though we have had torenchal rains these past few weeks, Preen Weed Preventor is still working.
