Just take this Prego,turn it rightside up, and shake it vigorously; Shake until contents unsettle off ftom bottom.
I was hesitant to try something that was green. It gave my meal an excellent taste. I most certainly would purchase this again.
I've been craving pesto lately but don't have time to go to the store and this is one of the only types that will ship. I'm glad I got this one because it is amazing! Theres an excellent blend of all the flavors to where not a single one overpowers the other. I'm definitely going to purchase again!
Oh, how I love pesto. I love it fresh, refrigerated, and jarred. This Prego pesto has a nice, rugged quality to it, and it makes me feel like I'm eating at a corner cafe in Italy. I know some people prefer the more processed versions of pesto, but this heartier type is my favorite. It's the best on toasted vegetable sandwiches. I always keep at least a few jars in my pantry.
Soybean oil is the first oil listed in this product. It's not an oil I even want in my home. Mettezzo Pesto, has only olive oil in it. The best pesto is easily made yourself when you have a bumper crop of fresh basil. it grows very easily.
This jar of Pesto must have been open, ended up leaking all on items at the bottom of the bag. Thank goodness it was all can goods.
This item wasn't delivered properly. It was broken when I picked it off from my front porch
😳😳😳😳 I was charged $12 for prego basil pesto when the price is usually under $3.00! I feel like I've been scammed!😞😞😞😞
This does NOT taste like any pesto I've ever had! You can't taste any basil and it has a sour flavor. Pesto does NOT taste sour. I took a snapshot of the ingredient list. Lactic acid and citric acid - well, that's the sour part. And no nuts are listed. Pesto is supposed to have pine nuts. I've used other nuts as well when making homemade pesto. This doesn't have any nuts. And what's with the rosemary extract and oregano water? Those items did not add anything to this mess. I will not be buying this nasty stuff again!
when received the order from walmart delivery both pestos had oil on the sides. after my husband got food poisoning we realized the bottles were open when we received them.
