I have Age Related Macula Degeneration and my Dr asks regularly if I am taking my vitamins...said 2 a day. I am 89 and still doing well. No eye shots needed. And I know the vitamins are good for other things also.

You take one in the morning and one in the evening it's vitamins for the eyes. My eye doctor recommended them, and they are very easy to swallow and not too large. When I used to work in retail, we could not keep them stocked on the shelves, they were so popular, I really like that your first box you get a coupon for one box or a bigger coupon for two boxes

Got this to improve my vision (you can't help glaucoma) and my memory. Not sure it's done either but maybe it's just me being too far gone! lol 😂
I'm not sure is there is supposed to be an oily film on pills but had to pull apart most of the pills stuck in a ball. This was first time purchased but since recommended for beginning of AMD, will purchase again. Wish the price was lower or an Equate brand was made.
