Love the flavor and it blends fairly well using an immersion blender with a whisk attachment. My only complaint is after a thorough blending there is still some "grit" that is reminiscent of when you get sand in your mouth from playing at the beach as a kid. It's a bit like crunching on sand. Not sure what it is, but it doesn't affect he flavor. That is my only complaint.
