We have had this water cooler for one week, and we love it. It is easy to load the bottles of water and we love the stainless steel and black look. We still have a slight new taste to the water but it is disappearing the more we use it. The cleaning process is kind of messy but we did it out side and that was much easier. Would definately recommend this product.
We got soooo tired of lifting those big 5 gallon bottles up on the standard water dispensers that we were renting on a monthly basis! The CONVENIENCE of just pushing the water bottle into the bottom compartment, and a much nicer appearance - oh, and did I mention we don't have to pay monthly to rent that ugly dispenser anymore??? This is a great find! We love it!
