I'm a huge fan of drinking alot of water and this bottom loader has a uniqueness. Press the water button for three seconds and water comes out without holding down a button. press the button again and it shuts off! Very clean looking since it's all white with the silver accents. Worth every penny!
Wow, I'm not easily impressed as a business consultant. Most businesses function without a compass which diminishes customer value over time. I found a gem. Don't know the valuation data but I betcha it has a lot of good indicators. I purchased a fairly expensicve unit and after perhaps a little more than average use (avid coffee, tea and water drinkers) my unit stopped working. Primo water is the only water we drink. So, I called three times, each time with support and trouble shooting. After the third call, in spite of the one year warranty missing the date by 11 days Primo, stood by their product. They have gained a customer for life. We even went out and bought a second unit today for the upstairs in our home. For someone not so easily impressed by most corporations and their policies that lack the consideration that it is people who buy their products; Primo has won my respect and a customer for life. Two weeks in and my kids and I are enjoying our new water cooler. If you dont mind a mini cooler especially if you're short on space like I am, you would like it. It's very quiet and I like the touch buttons for dispensing water. The only thing I don't like is that you have to be careful because its fragile, I tried moving it to another area in my kitchen and I bent the side in, but my daughter knocked the dent out. So, I wouldn't suggest moving it alot.
i would love it better if the door was not broke i have to tape it so it will stay on and the machine to work wanted to return it but it is to heavy for me to carry so i have been dealing with it for as much as I paid for it should have been better. very disappointed
I bought this in August and three months later it started making a lot of noise. The noise sometimes get loud It is difficult to clean but otherwise cools fine.
I've had this unit before and it was great so I decided to buy another. Unfortunately, this recent purchase came malfunctioning. Hot and cold touch dispensers work but the middle, room temp doesn't.
the unit was good to start off with but within a few months of owning the dispenser, it developed a mildew tasting problem. No matter how I cleaned it has it taken the taste of mildew out of the dispenser. Using hot water has not done it, and vinegar diluted in hot water also has not done it eithre.
The water heater part works sometimes if your lucky unlike mines it stopped working completely so now all i have it cold water nothing for my teas
not plan anymore buy water dispenser second one came broken, unbelievable worse quality
doesn't dispense hot water, has scratches on the sides
