I needed a water cooler, and I didn't want to "rent" one from the water company. I like the sleek looking design. When it arrived, I even more impressed with it. I love the feature of pressing a button, as apposed to the "tabs" on standard coolers. I also like the feature of turning off the power, to the hot water only. This way, when I'm away, the water stays cold, but the hot water heater isn't constantly running. Well worth the money!
This is the nicest water cooler we have had yet. We have an office of 9 that share this and it was very easy to set up and had no unpleasant flavors after flushing. I did use a couple of cups of vinegar on the 2nd and 3rd flushing before placing the bottle on and after the final flush the water was great. You won't be disappointed.
I bought my Primo water cooler just before Christmas. The water is ice cold and the hot water is hot! I like the fact you have to push a button in order to get hot water. Great caution feature. I love it. I haven't had any problems with it at all. The only thing is it makes a little noise when you change the water bottles, but that can be alleviated by pouring at least a glass of water after changing the bottle and the noise stops. I would and have recommended this product.
Better than I expected look and quality wise! The Hot water is super Hot! And the cold is great! The only thing is, it is kind of low to the ground and it does give a werid taste at first. They say that it goes away with time. But over all I'm happy it will save us money on water vs using plastic bottled water.
Absolutely love this cooler! researched a bunch and Im glad I chose this one. Cold is cold and Hot is hot! Very easy to use and looks great! I only cleaned it once I would suggest maybe twice, I had the plasticy taste for a few days but then it went away! I use the water for powdered drinks mostly so it wasnt tasted that way!
This product is used daily,especially during the summer months. It's convinent,and does not take up lots of space.
I just got this cooler over the weekend. The hot water is very hot and the cold water is cool, but it has a thermostat that can be adjusted to make it colder. It does make some noise when running but its not too loud. The only reason I gave it four stars is because of the taste of water. I followed the cleaning instructions by adding bleach to water and flushing. I also flushed several more times with reg. water and cleaned the new bottle with soap and water. I was already for a nice cool glass of water, took a huge chug and had to spit it out. It had a bad plastic taste to water ever after using more that half of the 5 gal. bottle. I removed the bottle and flushed it again but with warm water and some vanilla extract (let sit for at least 10 min.) then flushed several times with reg. warm water. Finally nice cool water that tastes like water.
I really like this water dispenser it looks really nice it's small enough and the water temperatures are great! I do think it's a bit loud but overall it's a great product.
Ok product, arrived kind of bent out of shape so the little water tray wouldn't fit correctly and the desiccant packet opened and was everywhere in the box. Looks nice and clean lined but water dispenser is a little low to the ground. Water comes out very cold and very hot depending on your selection, not too fast but not too slow. Plastic taste in water goes away about half way through a 5gal jug of water.
I purchased the product online via Site to Store, which is not a bad option because saves on shipping. And Walmart's price was better than other retailers. However, several people who commented on this product indicated it was damaged during shipping and I had the same experience. I noted that the foam packaging is sparse. So if you order Site to Store, take the time to open the box and check for damage otherwise you'll be making another trip to Walmart to return it.
