[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using this set I got for Christmas 2 years ago. I have retired all my other colored pencils. I love the way these pencils lay down on my art work and blending is terrific!
great love them better than I thought colors are great people ask how did you get those colors their awesome
Like my title says, obviously the last reviewer hadn't done their research before ordering these pencils. DO NOT dip the tip of the pencil into water. You draw and then add water to the drawing and that makes the watercolor effect.
These pencils are superb, the colors are bright and saturated once water is added. The correct use of water color pencils is to draw with them, then use a paintbrush lightly dipped in water to 'paint' the colors around.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my daughters a few different sets and they will not use any other brand. The colors are amazing
Really easy to use. lots of colors for the price.
I really like Prismacolor pencils. The flow is easy, and the color is very clear and bold.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a licensed art teacher of 6+ years and I absolutely LOVE Prismacolor's water soluble cored pencils. I use them at every painting event for both kids and adults at a variety of venues, because of their mess free nature. Every time I show students how to use these, they are amazed at how much quality can be packed into a colored pencil! I would highly recommend to anyone who might be thinking about trying out a water soluble colored pencil for their own art.
great colored pencils you can blend to make beautiful pictures or cards.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These can have a weird texture if you press too hard and put water on top, and it can be somewhat tricky to sharpen. However, they are vibrant, blendable, and dissolve quite nicely. They need better casing though.
