First this does not have a strong smell. Its dries quick. I polished my thumb while in the store and WOW!!! My nails often get uneven from glue on manicures. I do lightly buff them, but they are still in no shape to have nail lacquer go on smoothly. After one application the texture is a lot smoother. The finish is satin and the color is amazing. Its a neutral flesh tone. There are two options fair/light or medium/deep. I purchased the med/deep its pretty and won't change the color of whatever I apply on top. Its a great buy so far.
I have terrible nails with heavy ridges. This product covers my nails with close to a natural look. The coverage is clean and provides an understated look that I love. Put on at least 2 thin coats and it lasts at least a week. Love this.
