This is the most cost effective probiotic out there. I've been using it for about 6 months now and will continue purchasing. I've never had any issues with this brand and its my go-to for supplements. The pill is very easy to swallow and completely tasteless.
I'm a firm believer in Probiotics and use them regularly. So does my husband. These are a good price and also a good product. They have quite a few different stains of probiotics and they seem to work very well.

Game changer! I was buckling over in stomach pain after I ate the smallest meal. After taking this for a few days, the pain stopped. I have no clue how something this small can improve the bacteria in my digestive track so fast. But I am so happy it did.
I empty two of these capsules in a quart of plain soymilk (just soybeans and water on the ingredients). Shake, pour into a bowl, and set in my yogurt maker for 12 hours. Easy peasy.
Suggest taking it after meal and keeping it in the fridge. Supports healthy digestive function and immunities if you taking it regulary.
Digestion is so important for me. I like that it has not only probiotics but also other ingredients that help my digestion.
I am very happy with my experience after taking this supplement. I have tried a number of probiotics and had issues with my digestive health, but this seems to work the best of the various products I have tried.
I've had some recent upset with my digestive health and along with a modified diet and these probiotics, the diverticulitis flare up has been subsiding much quicker now that I started to take these probiotics. They are working and doing what I needed them to do - along with modifying my diet to also help heal - and this time around with the probiotics I am back on track much more quickly. Will continue to take these probiotics.
