Bad choice. Toast doesnt pop up. Its too small. Toasts well and quick bu I should have dpent the extra 10 bucks on a real toaster. Buy if you only need it for collegeor a shrt period of time. Has crumb tray and it will match your black appliances but not a good toaster...
Nice looking, small toaster but even in the lowest setting it burnt every piece of toast. I already tossed the packaging so I threw out the toaster. I wouldn't recommend this.
I purchased this toaster for my elderly aunt who wanted something simple. The pull down lever on the front of the toaster goes down fine but it stops 3/4 of the way when the toaster is done. We checked if anything was causing it to get stuck and found nothing wrong.

Very dissatisfied. The toaster does not allow the bread to drop all of the way down for toasting. I have to turn the bread upside down and toast it for the second time to get the entire piece toasted. Also, very flimsy and poorly made.
I understand this toaster was only $10, but I only needed it to toast bread and pop tarts. this toaster doesn't even take the bread or pop tarts all the way down to toast. I didn't need a fancy toaster just 1 that works the way it should. I would have taken this back but I threw the box away so I now have a toaster that only toast 3/4 of my bread
