[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Hamilton Beach Proctor Silex Compact Easy Fill 12 cup Coffee Maker is a great space saver on our counter! When you pur the water in you have to fill it slowly because it is a small pour area. Coffee is great from this coffeemaker I'm very pleased.
I like the size of this unit, as I have limited amount of counter space.

This little coffee Maker does a decent job.What it's supposed to do even better is the fact that it's a front fill that makes adding water simple. The only issue I have had is that the decanter tends to stick.Trying to slide it out and sometimes causes a bit of coffee to spill if you're making a full pot.
The best coffee pot I've ever owned!
This smaller coffee maker is good for our limited counter space. It may be smaller but it still makes a 12 cup pot. It is easy to clean and easy to program. Since we always had a larger coffee maker, it took a little time to get used to it but now I think it's great.
Its small compact size hides the fact that in every way it is a full 12 cup coffee maker. We like the front water port . Easy to use . Takes up little room. And it's quiet. Can't argue with that! No regrets with this great buy!!
I ordered April of 2024 and it stopped work in Aungust. So 5 months it worked.
This coffee pot makes the worst and most inconsistent cup of coffee I've ever tasted!!! I kept wondering why one day I liked the coffee ok, and the next it was terrible… then I realized that the brew was inconsistent, then one day I brewed for just my husband and he complained that the coffee tasted weak, so I started paying closer attention… just a terrible brewer, and completely incapable of brewing reliable results…
I just wanted a simple, no bells and whistles, coffee maker--which this is. However, I didnt want flimsy garbage with plastic the weight of something youd theow in youe recycle bin. I returned before brewing a pot so cant speak to operation. Paid about twice as much (still inexpensive) for a Hamilton Beach model 46310 and LOVE it! It's still simple, but sturdy and a couple really nice features like front fill reservoir and a carafe that truly does not drip a drop! Worth the extra dollars. Do yourself a favor and pass on this one.
